As I write this article on Dec 1, 2013, the Obamacare website healthcare.gov is supposed to be up & running. It’s not clear yet whether it is or not, or what “running” actually means. But already, Obamacare’s architects and defenders are spinning the news about the whole ongoing Obamacare debacle and offering yet another round of deceptive assurances and false promises.
